Shipping and Processing

Shipping

Our standard method of shipping is via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL. Please be aware that Priority Mail  through USPS does not guarantee a delivery time-frame, but can be as little as two days. 

*Please note: We are not responsible for issues regarding weather delays or other outside influences regarding shipping, once packages leave our facilities we have no control over shipping.

*UPS does not ship to post office boxes.

Please double check your address is complete and correct, and includes any suite, apartment, or floor numbers. Shipping charges for orders returned because of incorrect addresses are not refundable.

Free shipping applies to orders over $100.00 using standard shipping methods to the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. 

International Orders

International orders are processed by Leather Universe and will be shipped only via USPS or DHL within 2-4 business days. International orders should be paid via Paypal and be Paypal verified, this is to protect us and you as valued customers. Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and other fees that may apply. Shipping charges will be determined by destination Country, and weight and/or box dimensions.

Due to high international shipping cost, all international sales are final.

Processing

In most cases, your order will be shipped out the next business day after it is placed, although normal processing time is approximately 1-3 business days. Standard shipping times after order is processed is 1-6 business days. Our normal hours are M-F 10-5 EST, if your order goes through while we are closed we will process your order the next business day. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing or shipping times. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
